Leon Levy, Co-founder of Atlantic Talent Service, is a visionary IT executive with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in software development, testing, system implementations, and digital transformations. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to build and lead high-performing teams that deliver measurable results and sustainable growth. 

Throughout his career, Leon has partnered with leading enterprises in telecommunications and finance industries across North America and Latin America, designing and implementing technology solutions that accelerate business success and maintain a competitive edge in rapidly evolving markets. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a certification in Cloud & DevOps from MIT, reinforcing his ability to bridge technical depth with business strategy. 

Passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, Leon continues to inspire innovation and guide organizations toward a more connected, efficient, and future-ready digital landscape.

Andres Loi - CEO

Andres Loi co-founded Atlantic Talent Services in 2021, leading the company’s vision and staffing strategies across a diverse client portfolio spanning real estate, investment, retail, and technology. With a background that bridges engineering, innovation, and leadership, he brings decades of expertise in project management, automation, and nearshore technology solutions. 

Before launching Atlantic Talent Services, Andres founded multiple tech ventures, served as CTO for a $3.7B real estate investment firm, and led technology and robotics initiatives in the U.S., Europe and Latin America, including collaborations with the Stanford Robotics Lab. 

He holds degrees in Industrial, Electrical, and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile, UCLA, and Stanford University, where his AI-driven leadership project was recognized as a top example of innovation.
